Pittsburgh Penguins name Randy Sexton as assistant director of amateur scouting

PITTSBURGH, Pa. - The Pittsburgh Penguins have hired Randy Sexton as the team's new assistant director of amateur scouting.

Sexton, the former general manager of the Ottawa Senators and Florida Panthers, will help oversee the team's amateur scouting in North America and Europe, the Penguins said in a release Saturday.
