Pittsburgh Penguins sign right-wing Connor James to one-year deal
James, 24, played in 70 regular season games for the AHL's Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins this past season, scoring 32 points. He also played in all 11 playoff games, scoring eight points.
A native of Calgary, Jones made his NHL debut with the Los Angeles Kings, playing two games during the 2005-06 season. The Penguins signed him as a free agent in August.
