Play to win the game

Probably the worst coach in the league, considering the talent, is Michel Therrien.

(I have been a fan of the Penguins ever since I saw Mario Lemieux play.)

I have watched quite a few games and the way he runs his bench and the use of his younger players makes me cringe.

He coaches not to lose, rolling four lines even when he needs a goal, instead of playing to win - all out all of the time.

He has the horses - Crosby, Malkin and Staal.

They are young and they have the energy - play them a lot, in every situation. Let the players play!

They need a coach like Sather was for the young Oilers of the 80s.
