Players have lost respect

I'm not sure if it's just me, but the more hockey I watch these days the less respect for one another I see from the players.

Take the Tom Kostopoulos hit on Mike Van Ryn a few weeks ago for example. There is no chance in the world that hit would have happened in the 1980s or early 1990s. Back then, guys would have finished the check cleanly and not try and ram the player through the glass.

I feel the NHLPA should send a memo to all its members and advise them that they are all part of the same association and this kind of dirty play has to stop.
