Proteau for commissioner

As a hockey fan I vote Adam Proteau for new commish of the NHL. His Proteau Type column from March 30 suggesting the captain of the previous Cup winner present the holy grail of hockey to the new winner is fabulous.

My only suggestion is that should a team win multiple years in a row it should be a former great handing it over. I would love to see a class act like Johnny Bower presenting it to a Leafs captain.

Genius, pure genius!

Let's start our campaign for Adam for commish now!
