I think it's a pretty low move for, say, Sean Avery to cheap shot Daniel Alfredsson when Avery knows that if Chris Neil comes after him, he'd be out for a five, a ten and an extra two.
Avery helps his team get a power play and maybe a goal, all because of a penalty that didn't allow Neil to stand up for his captain.
