Schroeder has two goals to lead Moose over the Rockford IceHogs 3-1

WINNIPEG - Jordan Schroeder scored twice in the third period to lead the Manitoba Moose over the Rockford IceHogs 3-1 on Friday in the American Hockey League.

Jeff Tambellini added an empty-net goal for the Moose with under two minutes left.

Jeremy Morin broke up Tyler Weiman's shutout bid with a power-play goal at 19:05 for Rockford (7-9-1).

Weiman made 22 saves on 23 shots for Manitoba (10-6-1).

Hannu Toivonen made 38 saves from 40 shots at the other end.
