See Christian Ehrhoff's gruesome photo of sliced right ear

Buffalo Sabres defenseman took a puck off the ear in Sunday's 5-2 loss to Philadelphia and it required about 40 stitches to sew back up. Today, Ehrhoff shared pictures of his ear on Twitter.
