Skinner will be a steal

Pat Moules, Kitchener, Ont.

Why all the fuss over Taylor Hall and Tyler Seguin? Does anyone realize that Jeff Skinner of the Kitchener Rangers has scored more goals than any player in junior hockey this year?

He had 50 goals in 64 regular season games and 20 goals in 20 playoff games.

That's 70 goals this year.

Hall has 55 goals (including playoffs) and Seguin had 53. Jordan Eberle of Regina had 50 goals, but the Regina Pats never made the playoffs. The next closest player is Gabriel Dumont of Drummondville with 51 regular season goals and 11 playoff goals.

Skinner will make some NHL team very happy this June and will be a steal whenever he gets drafted.
