Source: Hurricanes forward Scott Walker suspended for one game

TORONTO - Carolina Hurricanes forward Scott Walker was suspended for one game by the NHL on Thursday, a source told The Canadian Press.

Walker was called for a match penalty for head-butting and throwing a late punch during a second-period fight with Mike Fisher in a 6-0 loss to the Ottawa Senators on Wednesday night.

Walker, 34, has seven points (2-5) and 34 penalty minutes in 15 games this season.
