Southern hospitality

Kyle Erb, Wellesley, Ont.

I recently returned from trip to a Carolina-Toronto game in Raleigh.

I was impressed with the access the Hurricanes gave the visiting team’s fans to the teams.

They allowed us to watch the morning skate, chat with players, have pictures taken and also get autographs before the players hit the ice.

To top it off, I was lucky enough to get a puck during the game! Although the arena was only two-thirds full, we had a great time and will definitely be returning next year.

Being a fan of Toronto, it is the kind of experience that we can only dream of receiving from the Maple Leafs.
