Stars forward Lehtinen leaves Game 2 vs. Red Wings with leg injury

DETROIT - Dallas Stars forward Jere Lehtinen was sent off the ice because of a leg injury in Game 2 of the Western Conference finals.

Lehtinen started Saturday night's game against the Detroit Red Wings, but didn't finish. He played 6-plus minutes in the first period and just nine seconds in the second.

He has four goals and four assists in the playoffs and had 37 points in 48 regular-season games, playing his 12th year in Dallas.
