    Buffalo (9-4-3) at Pittsburgh (10-4-2), 7:30 p.m. EST

    PITTSBURGH (Ticker) -- The Pittsburgh Penguins look to continue

    their winning ways on Saturday when they host the Buffalo

    Sabres.

    Pittsburgh has won its last five games, totaling 27 goals over

    that span. Three of those wins have come beyond regulation.

    The winning streak is the longest since Pittsburgh won eight

    straight from December 23-January 10 last season.

    Sidney Crosby had two goals and Alex Goligoski scored in the

    sixth round of the shootout as the Penguins defeated the

    Philadelphia Flyers, 5-4, on Thursday.

    Center Evgeni Malkin had a goal and an assist, extending his

    point streak to 12 games. The 22-year-old leads the league with

    20 assists.

    The Sabres got off to a fast start but have struggled of late,

    dropping three of four.

    Buffalo was trounced, 6-1, against Columbus on Friday - the most

    goals it has allowed in a game this season.
