6 Days in Ukraine: The War on Hockey chronicles W. Graeme Roustan’s tour of Ukraine, which has seen hockey rink facilities damaged or destroyed during the ongoing war with Russia.

Roustan won the Best Director, Documentary Short award for the month of August 2024 in recognition of excellence in filmmaking at the World Film Festival in Cannes.

“I believe that both hockey and life in Ukraine are reflective of each other in that they will be back stronger than before,” said Roustan.

“They just need the help of hockey players and people from around the world who believe in their right to play hockey in freedom.”

Without further ado, The Hockey News proudly presents 6 Days in Ukraine: The War on Hockey.
