P.K. Subban’s Thriller-inspired Michael Jackson costume was one of the best of this young Halloween hockey season, but he only had to worry about looking good himself. When it comes to a group costume, the Stars’ Tyler Seguin, Jamie Benn, Cody Eakin, and Brenden Dillon may take the cake. Inspired by a few action heroes of yesteryear made anew, the foursome of Stars young guns took on the look of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles:

Cowabunga! While they’re not the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles that any of the four grew up with, the look pays homage to the recently released Turtles flick. No word yet on which of the Stars dressed up as Shredder. Professional athletes always tend to fill out the superhero look a bit better than your Average Joe, so no doubt the Turtles were done justice by the likes of Seguin, Benn, Dillon, and Eakin. As Halloween draws nearer, you can expect there will be some challengers to the four Stars turned heroes in half shells. For now, however, the best group costume nod has to stay in Dallas.
