The Hockey News

We’re down to four – and what a four they are. After a hard-fought quarterfinal, our jersey showdown features three NHL teams and one NCAA squad still standing and the clash of the titans begins in earnest in the semifinals (view the tournament schedule on The Hockey News Jersey Rankings and Tournament Central page).

Original Six legends Montreal and Chicago square off in one bracket, pitting last year’s logo champion (the Habs) versus the consensus No. 1 seed in sweaters, the mighty Blackhawks, who had no trouble disposing of ECHL champ Florida.

Meanwhile, the Bruins take on the University of North Dakota Fighting Sioux, a venerable team in its own right with a longstanding tradition of excellence.

Can Original Six Boston shake off those pesky college kids, or will there be an upset in the making?

The final matchup is anyone’s guess, so get voting, folks.
