BUFFALO, N.Y. - Toronto Maple Leafs goalie Jean-Sebastien Giguere has an undisclosed lower body injury and is out of the game against the Buffalo Sabres.

Giguere stopped all nine shots he faced in the first period Wednesday night before being replaced by James Reimer to start the second. The Maple Leafs said Giguere will be evaluated after the game.

Giguere, who watched from the bench, has been bothered by a groin injury that forced him to miss 11 games this season.
