Despite a high-powered offense and respectable defense, the Philadelphia Flyers were let down by goalie Ilya Bryzgalov in the post-season. The only reason Philadelphia got to Round 2 was because Penguins goalie Marc-Andre Fleury was even worse.

The Flyers didn't experience as much change this off-season as they did the previous season, though the loss of Matt Carle will be noticeable, especially since it appears Chris Pronger's playing days are all but finished.

So just how good are the Flyers? Today's Puck Panel looks at the Black and Orange and explains why THN pegged them at No. 5 in the Eastern Conference this season.
