Hunter Shinkaruk didn’t reach his 2011-12 goal total of 49 this season, but the 37 he did net were easily enough to maintain his status as an elite NHL draft prospect.

Shinkaruk is a shoe-in to go in the first round this Sunday in New Jersey and while he isn’t the biggest player available at 5-foot-11 and 175 pounds, there is no questioning his skill level.
