The Hockey News

Jared McCann is by no means a household name, but if all goes as planned for the 15-year-old, his road to fame will begin this April when he is expected to be chosen in the top 10 of the OHL Priority Draft.

The Stratford, Ont., native had 54 goals and 103 points in 52 games this season with the London Junior Knights and helped the team capture its league championship.

The win also qualified the Junior Knights for the OHL Cup where THN’s Ryan Kennedy caught up with McCann to discuss the pressure of playing in front of so many scouts, bonding with teammates and more.
