The Hockey News

Since retiring from professional hockey, Daniel Tkaczuk has dedicated himself to helping young players develop the skills necessary to succeed on the ice. Last year, The Hockey News teamed up with Tkaczuk to create a series of skill development videos and we are back at it again this year.

One of the most underrated skills for hockey is a player’s ability to use their skates to gain control of the puck to make a play. On this installment of Pro Tips, Tkaczuk demonstrates a drill designed to develop a player's stickhandling ability using their feet.

PRODUCER: Ted Cooper
