The influx of young talent to the NHL this year once again got us wondering: who is the best teenager playing in the league?

On this edition of the THN Puck Panel host Ryan Dixon is joined by writer Ryan Kennedy and web editor Rory Boylen to discuss Carolina’s Jeff Skinner, who was picked seventh overall in 2010, and Atlanta’s Evander Kane, who went fourth overall in 2009.
