Washington Capitals re-sign winger Matt Bradley to 3-year, $3 million deal

ARLINGTON, Va. - The Washington Capitals re-signed right-winger Matt Bradley to a US$3-million, three-year contract Tuesday.

Bradley played in 77 games last season, mainly on the checking line. He had seven goals, 11 assists and 74 penalty minutes.

The 29-year-old Bradley joined the Capitals in 2005. He previously played for San Jose and Pittsburgh in his seven NHL seasons.
