Wild forward Marian Gaborik sidelined by lower-body injury

SUNRISE, Fla. - Minnesota right wing Marian Gaborik missed the Wild's game Thursday night against Florida because of what the team called a lower-body injury.

Gaborik, set to become an unrestricted free agent during the off-season, played in both of Minnesota's first two games.

Gaborik set Minnesota franchise records for goals (42) and points (83) last season when he played in 77 games. It was the first time in four seasons the eight-year veteran had played more than 65 games.
