Wild send right-winger Weller to minors; Pouliot, Boogaard go on IR

ST. PAUL, Minn. - The Minnesota Wild have reduced their active roster to the regular season limit of 23 players.

They assigned right-winger Craig Weller to Houston of the American Hockey League. The Wild also placed centre Benoit Pouliot and left-winger Derek Boogaard on injured reserve. Pouliot has a groin problem, and Boogaard is recovering from a concussion.
