The Hockey News

The Hockey News

Every year, The Hockey News features its 100 People of Power and Influence issue and as part of this year’s coverage, we ventured to Washington to spend some quality time with No. 2 on our list, Washington Capitals superstar Alex Ovechkin.

Ovechkin had a photo shoot with the New York Times in the afternoon and took in the Washington Wizards game that night and allowed us to tag along.

He also signed a Capitals jersey for one lucky fan of The Hockey News. Enter the contest below for your chance to take home his autographed sweater.

CONGRATULATIONS TO SEAN REDICAN of TORONTO, ONT. FOR WINNING THE CONTEST.
