When the Anaheim Ducks decided to move on from former head coach Dallas Eakins, it was with the mindset that they wanted to start their rebuild. Eakins wasn't getting the job done, so they parted ways and brought in Greg Cronin to lead the way. Cronin has experience coaching at different levels, but this will be his first chance to be a head coach anywhere. The biggest question for him is how will he get the guys in the locker room to buy in. This will ultimately define how far he can take this team and how long he coaches in Anaheim. It will be something to watch for early on, and how the team responds to his leadership.
