Iowa Wild Signs Goaltender to a One-year Deal
The Wild have signed another goaltender. ST. PAUL - The Minnesota Wild signed another goaltender on Tuesday. Dylan Ferguson signed a one-year, one-way contract with the Iowa Wild.  Ferguson, 26, played in the KHL last season for the Dinamo Minsk where he had a .904 save percentage (SV%) and a 2.51 goals-against-average (GAA) in 23 games.  He was invited to the Vancouver Canucks training camp on a professional tryout but was later released. Ferguson spent time in both the Toronto Maple Leafs and Ottawa Senators organization during the 2022-23 season.  The 6-foot-1 goaltender has played in three NHL games in his career and is 1-1-0. He has a .929 SV% and a 2.82 GAA. In 29 career AHL games, Ferguson is 15-7-0 with a .915 SV% and a 2.56 GAA.  With Troy Grosenick already hurt, Ferguson provides the Wild with some extra goaltending depth in Iowa.  Make sure you bookmark The Hockey News' Minnesota Wild page for the latest news, exclusive interviews, breakdowns and so much more.
