Shane Wright, C/LW, SEA @ NYR (4% rostered)
Wright has yet to live up to his lofty status as the fourth player selected in the 2022 draft. To take you back, he was projected to go first overall, but Montreal picked Juraj Slafkovsky, starting Wright's slight fall, which seems to have carried forward to his NHL career. But there are signs he is putting it together. Wright has found the back of the net on the power play with each of his last four goals, and those have come in a four-game span. In addition, since being scratched for three straight games from Nov. 17-23, Wright has turned things around with five goals and seven points across seven appearances, possibly paving the way for additional ice time.
Nicholas Paul, C/RW, TB @ VAN (10% rostered)
Paul returned Wednesday from a six-game absence due to an undisclosed injury, logging 19:07 while also notching a goal. He is penciled in as the Lightning's second line right wing, next to Anthony Cirelli and Brandon Hagel. Paul set career highs in 2023-24 with 24 goals and 46 points in 82 regular-season games and is up 14 points in 18 contests, including the goal Thursday, so far this season.
Pius Suter, C/LW, VAN vs. TB (4% rostered)
No, Jason Chen and i don't have Suter's name on auto-populate in this daily column. But his production and likely price is too hard to ignore. Suter has tallied five times and added two assists over his last six contests, playing well while maintaining a second-line role for the Canucks. Overall, Suter is at 11 goals, 16 points, 48 shots on net and a plus-3 rating through 24 appearances.
Maxim Tsyplakov, LW/RW, NYI @ OTT (7% rostered)
Tsyplakov continues to quietly produce for the Islanders. He tallied his fifth goal of the season while adding his 11th assist versus the Hurricanes. Tsyplakov has six points over his last eight contests with some of that production aided by an uptick in shots per game. He is a fixture on the team's top-six, currently seeing time on the first line with Mat Barzel sidelined.
Cole Sillinger, C, CLM @ WPG (5% rostered)
Sillinger has split time between center and wing this season for the Blue Jackets coming off a career-best campaign. He is on early pace to exceed those totals, posting a goal and five assists over his last five games. Overall, Sillinger is at 18 points, 63 shots on net, 35 hits, 15 blocked shots, 10 PIM and a minus-3 rating through 25 contests after posting 13 markers and 19 helpers in 77 contests last season.
Ross Colton, C/LW, COL @ NJ (48% rostered)
This is probably your one chance to add Colton to your roster. Colton returned to the Avalanche's lineup Saturday after having not played since Oct. 28, missing Colorado's last 17 games while tending to a foot injury. Prior to landing on injured reserve. Colton had gotten off to a hot start, posting eight goals and nine points in his first 10 games. He slotted back as the team's second line left winger.

Jack McBain, C/LW, UTAH @ PHI (7% rostered)
When you think of the younger players in Utah, McBain is likely not one of the first names that come to mind. Maybe we need to recalibrate our thinking. McBain has scored in three straight games and has a total of eight goals this season, matching his total from 2023-24 and just four shy of his career-high from the prior season. His season looks like Cy Young, as he has just three assists, but he has already notched 76 hits after posting 304 in 2022-23 and 204 last season.
Matthew Coronato, RW, CGY @ DAL (2% rostered)
Coronato has been inconsistent this season, mixing stretches of solid contests with others where he has been somewhat invisible. Despite this up-and-down play, Calgary has stuck with Coronato as a top-six forward, partially impacted by forward injuries. The talent is certainly there, it's up to Coronato, a first round pick, 13 overall in 2021, to put it all together.
