The Nashville Predators have assigned forward Juuso Pärssinen to the Milwaukee Admirals.
Pärssinen has played 44 games for the Predators after making the roster out of training camp. The 22-year-old Finnish forward has scored eight goals and 12 points over the course of the season. Most recently, he recorded two late empty net goals in back to back games on January 12 and 13. He had one multi-point game on December 15 in Nashville's overtime win over the Carolina Hurricanes.
Pärssinen made his NHL debut in 2022-2023 on November 12 and made a strong first impression scoring a goal on his first shift of the game. He finished the season in Nashville playing 45 games and scoring six goals and 25 points, including three game winning goals and a memorable between the legs overtime winner against the Minnesota Wild on April 13.

The young forward got a look at top six minutes in training camp, but ultimately spent most of the season in the Predators' bottom six averaging 14:35 of ice time. Pärssinen, like several young players, has struggled to find consistency in his game and was a healthy scratch for a handful of games under Andrew Brunette this season.
Pärssinen will be joining a Milwaukee Admirals team that has won seven in a row and is leading their division right now. Last season with Milwaukee, Pärssinen played ten games and scored two goals and nine points.
It remains to be seen if there will be a call up from Milwaukee following this move. Forward Egor Afanasyev currently leads the Admirals in goals with 12. He has 32 points in his 35 games so far this season.
