For the first time in their careers, four former New Jersey Devils players hoisted the Stanley Cup with the Florida Panthers after their 5-1 victory over the Edmonton Oilers.
Veteran Tomas Nosek was the first former Devil to be handed the Cup. After his lap around Amerant Bank Arena he handed it to goaltender Vitek Vanecek, who passed it to A.J. Greer, who skated to Jesper Boqvist to give him his lap with the Cup.
