There will be no morning skate as Islanders head coach will address the media at 3:30 PM.

With Ilya Sorokin getting pulled--not because of his play--Saturday night, the expectation is that he starts against the Hurricanes.

The Hockey News asked Lambert Saturday night if Sebastian Aho (day-to-day, upper body) would be available since he did make the trip,

"We'll see how he is tomorrow. But it's always a possibility."

Forward Mathew Barzal (week-to-week, lower body) did not make the trip but was expected to either skate Saturday or Sunday on Long Island, so we should get an update on that from Lambert later.
