J.T. Miller has a wide range of emotions following the blockbuster trade that sent him to the Rangers.

The saga is finally over as the Vancouver Canucks traded J.T. Miller to the New York Rangers on Friday night.

This comes after weeks of turmoil and drama that stemmed from a reported feud between J.T. Miller and Elias Pettersson.

Now that Miller is out of Vancouver, how does he truly feel?

According to Rick Dhaliwal of The Athletic, there is a sense of sadness since Miller did see a future where he was with the Canucks for the remainder of his career.

“Agent Brian Bartlett on JT Miller’s reaction to the trade : It was bittersweet, he absolutely loved his time in VAN,” Dhaliwal wrote via X. “It was tough, he has good friends there, was planning on playing the rest of his contract and really valued his time in VAN.”

The 31-year-old has been in Vancouver since the 2019-20 campaign after spending his first six NHL seasons with the Rangers.
