There are many who think the Pittsburgh Penguins are mired in a long rebuild. But some of the recent reports about them concerning potential moves tell a slightly different story.
According to Frank Seravalli of Daily Faceoff, the Penguins were in on Vancouver Canucks forward Brock Boeser before he signed a seven-year, $50.75 million extension.
