Benefiting From A Potent Kraken Offense: "My mindset is not, 'Well, last year we might only score one goal, so if you make a mistake, we lose the game.' I think you've got to have the mentality as a goalie, nothing can go by you. It doesn't matter if you can score one goal or six goals.

"Obviously, it's easier to win certain games if everybody can score, and we showed that throughout the whole year, and playoffs too. You look at our depth. We have four incredible lines. Everybody can score, versus some teams which just have three or four guys.

"Over the long run, you need everybody in order to win. A lot of guys, when guys were injured, stepped up and scored. Our fourth line with Donnie and Spronger and Geeks, they did incredible things for how little ice time they got."

Exceptional Game 7 Goaltending Against Colorado And Dallas: "Yeah, you could say two successful (Game 7's). But I would say only one successful, because we lost the other game 7."

"I personally enjoy the (playoff) grind. It's easier to get into a game flow once you play like every other day. If you play once a week, it's hard to get into that rhythm."

14 Playoff Starts In 29 Days: "I personally love it because you play every other day. I personally enjoy the grind. It's easier to get into a game flow once you play like every other day. If you play once a week, it's hard to get into that rhythm.

"It's been unbelievable, and it sucks to not keep that going and not have another home game. So that's the pain. But in terms of how this group played throughout two playoff series, it's been pretty amazing."

Praise For Goalie Coach Steve Briere: "Stevie, you work with him every day, you watch video every day. Small details can make a huge difference. It's a game of inches, and he's been incredible all year.

"I'm going to sit down with Stevie (this summer) and talk about a bunch of things. See what we can change, and step into that (higher) level right away next season.

"You look at the video and see how can we get better, where can we maybe get an inch of advantage in certain areas. It's looking at goals, situations, angles, and then getting on the ice and actually working on that stuff."
