Winnipeg Jets extend winger Gabe Vilardi on new six-year deal
The Winnipeg Jets have re-signed 24-year-old Gabe Vilardi to a six-year, $7.5 million AAV deal, avoiding arbitration after a career-best 61-point season playing top-line minutes alongside Kyle Connor and Mark Scheifele.
Vilardi posted 27 goals and 34 assists in 71 games, added 25 power-play points, and averaged over 18 minutes of ice time per night. Originally drafted 11th overall by the Kings in 2017, he was acquired by Winnipeg in the 2023 Pierre-Luc Dubois trade.
