The Winnipeg Jets host the Minnesota Wild from Canada Life Centre on Saturday afternoon.

The Winnipeg Jets begin a home-and-home with the Central Division's Minnesota Wild on Saturday afternoon.

Following the four-day holiday break, Winnipeg returned to action on Wednesday evening with a test against Connor Bedard and the Chicago Blackhawks.

Things didn't go Winnipeg's way, as it was Bedard who once again got the first - and last - laugh, scoring both of Chicago's goals, with the second being the overtime winner.

Despite the loss, the Jets did manage to earn a single point, extending their streak to six-straight games with points.

Dominic Toninato made his 2023-24 debut for Winnipeg, as he filled in for the injured David Gustafsson. He is expected to remain in the lineup on Saturday afternoon when the Wild roll into town for the first of two games in 24 hours.

As a matter of fact, the Jets aren't expected to make any changes to their lineup, pending any injuries or illnesses that have come up since the team's skate on Friday.

Winnipeg Jets expected line combinations for Saturday, December 30 vs. Minnesota Wild:

    Ehlers-Scheifele-Vilardi

    Perfetti-Namestnikov-Iafallo

    Niederreiter-Lowry-Appleton

    Barron-Toninato-Jonsson-Fjallby

    Morrissey-DeMelo

    Dillon-Pionk

    Samberg-Schmidt

    Hellebuyck

Both Saturday and Sunday's games feature 1:00 PM central start times and can be viewed live on TSN.
