The Olympic silver medalist and Harvard alum is making waves in the hockey community through her own brand, Lyndsey Fry Hockey, and with the Coyotes as the director of external engagement and female hockey. 

The pair catch up to chat about Lyndsey's college experience and the hard lessons learned after she transitioned from online school to Harvard. They also talk about Lyndsey's outlook on the importance of mindset and mental health and her ventures as an entrepreneur.
