You still have time to join Team Columbus for the first-ever Gaudreau 5K. Please use this link to sign up and complete the 5K.
The event will take place this Saturday, May 31st, at 10 AM. You can find the route in the picture below. Participants will meet in front of Nationwide Arena in Battelle Plaza and start the walk from there. The 5K will finish in the exact same spot as it started - Battelle Plaza. Participants can also run or walk their own route if they choose.
It's important to remember that this event was not set up by the city of Columbus or any other event organizers. Therefore, runners/walkers should be careful of traffic and obey all pedestrian traffic laws. Please be sure to use sidewalks and crosswalks where possible.
As a reminder, Virtual 5K runs/walks can also take place in any city in North America. Just complete your 5K run/walk anytime between May 24, 2025, and May 31, 2025, by 11:00 AM and submit your results online to receive a finisher T-shirt and medal in the mail. A raffle of gift baskets and online merchandise sales will help raise additional funds.
