The Winnipeg Jets are expected to make several changes to their lineup tonight as they host the Edmonton Oilers.

With a 5-4 shootout win over the Chicago Blackhawks, the Jets confirmed their spot atop the Central Division and the Western Conference. The final piece of business left for the Jets is to secure home ice throughout the entire playoffs by winning the Presidents' Trophy.

After colliding with an official, Nikolaj Ehlers was forced to exit last night's game. His injury status is unknown, and HC Scott Arniel was not able to provide any update on his health.

Arniel also would not commit to any lineup changes tonight. Luke Schenn took extra ice for the optional skate today, meaning the expectation is that he'll get the game off.

Eric Comrie will likely get the start after Connor Hellebuyck picked up his league-leading 46th win of the season. The 31-year-old continues to lead in all four key statistical categories.

Finally, Arniel gave an update on Gabriel Vilardi, saying he hasn't resumed skating yet but will do so soon.

The Oilers will be without multiple key contributors, those being Leon Draisaitl, Mattias Ekholm, Zach Hyman, Trent Frederic, Jake Walman and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins.

Puck drop is set for 6:00 PM CST at the Canada Life Centre.
