Jordan Mulvihill will be one of the youngest players in Ontario's top junior league for women this year, as the 2009 born player transitions from boys' 'AAA' to the Ottawa Lady Sens.

As one of the few 2009 born players competing in the OWHL U22 Elite league this season, Jordan Muvihill has set herself apart already as an early top prospect for NCAA recruitment. The only issue is, NCAA schools can't contact the talented Ottawa product for two more years.
Moving from boys 'AAA' hockey with the Ottawa Myers Automotive team last season, Mulvihill is stepping into her first season of girls hockey at the top level available, playing in the OWHL U22 Elite. She'll play for the Ottawa Lady Sens alongside her sister Brooke Mulvihill who is committed to play NCAA Division I hockey for St. Lawrence.
Last season, Mulvihill's U14 'AAA' team won the HEO title advancing to provincials. She played a combination of defence and forward last season, but will likely play up front at the junior level. With the Ottawa Myers 'AAA' team, Mulvihill recorded 10 goals and 23 points in 61 games last season.
The 2009 born will be a physical presence utilizing the skills she learned in boys hockey to compete with the Lady Sens, who enter the season with four NCAA Division I commits on their roster in Avery Supryka (Boston University), Brooke Mulvihill (St. Lawrence), Grace Outwater (Penn State) and Jessica Cheung (Syracuse).
