The PWHL continues to make improvements and grow. From the PWHL Takeover Tour, to expansion, the league's fan base and reach continues to grow from coast to coast, and among fans in Europe.
The on-ice product remains strong, and this season attracted a few more elite players from overseas to accompany the ever growing talent in NCAA women's hockey.
But there are still areas for improvement in the PWHL, primarily in their off-ice operations related to free agency, policy, by-laws, and procedures, player eligibility, expansion, the draft, public relations, and communication with media and fans.
