Cassidhe Wozniak paced the scoring for Team Caribbean throughout the tournament, including scoring four goals in the championship game. Wozniak recently finished her fourth season of NCAA DIII hockey, last year scoring 21 points in 25 games for Worcester State University.
Chase Rutty, who played for Shattuck St. Mary's and will play NCAA DI hockey last season for Sacred Heart University this year, also had a pair of goals for Team Caribbean.
Meena Al-Akadiri and Elin Medlin also scored, while Sofia Alvarez, who plays NCAA DIII hockey for Lawrence University added a pair of assists.
Juliana Rodgers who plays NCAA DIII hockey for Alvernia University made 32 saves in the win.
Tina Kampa, a former NCAA DI player for Bemidji State had the lone Team Columbia goal.
