Frisch spent this past season with the Barracuda, appearing in 55 games with the team

The San Jose Barracuda have re-signed defenseman Ethan Frisch to a one-year contract extension, the team announced Wednesday.

A product of Moorhead, MN., Frisch suited up in 55 regular season games with the Barracuda this past season where he scored one goal and added 14 assists for 15 points.

In 62 AHL games across parts of two seasons, Frisch has one goal and 16 assists for 17 points.

Prior to making the transition to the professional level, Frisch suited up for the University of North Dakota where he collected 20 goals and 28 assists for 48 points in 127 games across four seasons.

Having just wrapped up his first full season of professional hockey, Frisch will look to build off a successful year and take that into 2024-25.
