Washington has every sign pointing for them to take this one but I wouldn't count out the Maple Leafs defence as they seemingly rebounded Friday, allowing just two goals after allowing three or more in their prior six games. They also have a top five home defence with a 2.40 goals against average this season. The Capitals should edge out a road win with pure grit and having more gas in the tank but the Buds will make them work for it and should push the game to under, giving us a similar result to the Capitals 3-1 victory in Toronto earlier this month.
