You've heard of the triple deke, well here's the triple ding. Vincent Lecavalier hits all three goal posts and can't convert on the empty net as Philadelphia loses to Los Angeles 3-2.

The Philadelphia Flyers played the Los Angeles Kings Monday night and as most games go with the Kings, it was a one-goal decision. The Flyers managed to mount a two-goal comeback in the third, but then allowed Los Angeles’ game-winner shortly after. In the end, they really could have used this Vincent Lecavalier tap in from the first period.

You’ve heard of the triple deke – here’s the triple ding. It’s not quite as beneficial as the Charlie Conway’s move.

Try doing that again.

Usually in this situation Jonathan Quick would dive across the crease or do the splits to rob Lecavalier with his glove hand or left pad. But even the best goalies need help from their posts from time to time.
