Blue Jackets Activate Cole Sillinger Off IR

The Columbus Blue Jackets have activated forward Cole Sillinger off of Injured Reserve (IR).

Sillinger, 21, has been out of the lineup for the past 11 games after suffering an upper-body injury against the Detroit Red Wings on February 27.

So far this season, he has recorded nine goals and 20 assists for 29 points in 54 games.

As my colleague Jason Newland reported in his game-day lineup, Sillinger will slot in on the third-line left wing spot beside Justin Danforth and Mathieu Olivier tonight versus the Vancouver Canucks.
