NHL Fantasy Hockey Waiver Wire Goalie Pickups and Expected Starters March 24 - Utah's Vejmelka On A Roll Recently

Vejmelka remained hot on ice between the pipes Saturday, making 22 saves in a win over Tampa. He has won two straight games, and he's 9-3-2 in his last 14 appearances (13 starts) with a 2.41 goals-against average (GAA) and .904 save percentage. Overall, he's elevated his season stat line to a 21-18-6 record, 2.53 GAA and .907 save percentage, earning the five-year, $23.75 million contract extension he signed with Utah in March. Vejmelka and Utah have a strong chance of a win against a struggling Detroit squad.

If you are not risk averse, Cam Talbot, who has lost five games in a row, and Elvis Merzlikins, coming into Monday's games with sixth straight defeats, are additional options.
