    Goalies

Trent Miner, COL at PHI (1% rostered)

Wouldn’t be totally surprised if the Avs went back to Mackenzie Blackwood, but Miner has already appeared twice this season so there’s some sample size to consider. This will be Miner’s second start of the season after he gave up four goals on 24 shots (.833 SP) against the Devils, but due to the Avs offense still has a probably chance of winning this game.

Daniil Tarasov, FLA vs. NYI (4% rostered)

Most likely no Ilya Sorokin at the other end of the ice, so that should give Tarasov a higher chance of winning this game. He’s won just two of his seven starts this season but his peripheral numbers have been pretty good, and hopefully the Panthers snapped out of their funk after a wild comeback win against the Jackets, who blew two multiple-goal leads and lost in overtime.

Akira Schmid, VGK at NYR (44% rostered)

Carter Hart apparently came out a little worse for wear, and Schmid has certainly earned a second straight start after a shutout against the Devils. The Rangers are playing the second half of a back-to-back and they have continued to be inconsistent with a 2-2-1 record at home in their past five and 3-8-2 overall.

Sam Montembeault, MTL vs. STL (47% rostered)

Some positive momentum is building for the Habs again with two straight wins and managing to keep the Leafs’ and Jets’ potentially dangerous offenses to just three goals. Montembeault will need plenty of help because he has not been good this season (3.61 GAA, .861 SP) but it’s also a favorable matchup against the Blues, who are offensively inept and rank 31st in goals for per game.
