The Winnipeg Jets host the Calgary Flames from Canada Life Centre on Thursday.

Carter Brooks Winnipeg Jets Postgame Report

The 45-24-6 Winnipeg Jets are set to take on the 34-35-5 Calgary Flames from Canada Life Centre on Thursday evening.

The game will be Winnipeg's first following a victory in a long, long time. Having just snapped their six-game losing streak, the Jets will look to string together victories for the first time since mid-March.

They will be doing so without the services of Nino Niederreiter, who left Monday's game vs. Los Angeles with cut from a skate blade to the back of his left leg.

Tyler Toffoli, who missed Monday's game due to illness, will take his place alongside Adam Lowry and Mason Appleton.

Cole Perfetti, who drew into the lineup on Monday after significant time in the press box, will remain in the team's top-six after his two-goal, three-point performance.

Connor Hellebuyck will return to the net in search for his first victory since March 19 in New York.

Winnipeg Jets expected line combinations for Thursday, April 4 vs. Calgary:

Ehlers-Scheifele-Vilardi

Connor-Monahan-Perfetti

Toffoli-Lowry-Appleton

Barron-Namestnikov-Iafallo

Morrissey-Pionk

Dillon-DeMelo

Samberg-Miller

Injured: Niederreiter

Healthy scratches: Stanley, Schmidt, Kupari, Gustafsson

The game will feature a 7:00 PM central time puck drop and can be viewed live on TSN.
